  • Records Management Assistant (Temporary) Toggler

    Job Summary
    As our temporary Records Management Assistant in Charlottesville, VA making between $27-$35 per hour, you will play an important role in maintaining our internal electronic document library. This is a full-time, temporary position potentially through December 2024, with the option to work for a shorter period. In this role you will process a high volume of confidential emails with a great degree of accuracy. You will be responsible for accessing numerous external secure portals for downloading and saving client documents in a defined and consistent manner. You will also maintain our Excel-based investment manager and portal database.

    To thrive in this role, you must have the ability to work independently and efficiently for much of the workday, have experience with MS Office Suite and Adobe, be responsible and conscientious, and possess strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.

    This position requires the candidate to spend 2 days per week with team members in CornerStone’s Charlottesville office with additional time in the office during the initial training period.

Our clients rely on the returns generated by their investment portfolios to fund their missions in areas such as health, education, conservation, and improving communities. They hire CornerStone to manage their investment program, including full-scale back office operational and administrative support. The firm manages approximately $20 billion (as of December 31, 2023) and has 31 employees including 11 operations professionals.     CornerStone Partners offers a rigorous and immersive 8-week Summer Investment Intern Program that is appropriate for students both with and without prior investment knowledge and experience. This is a paid internship and offers the option to work remotely.

    Our program is well-suited for students who are:

    • Interested in furthering their technical training
    • Self-starters and team players
    • Open-minded, teachable, and eager to learn
